The third day of the training course was led by Keti Devadze and Nino Devadze from Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University.
The session focused on understanding different perspectives in conflict – a vital aspect of emotional intelligence and effective communication.
Participants explored the idea that “in every conflict, there are at least two stories.” Each viewpoint is shaped by personal experiences, cultural background, and individual wishes.
Through interactive discussions, it became clear how challenging – yet essential – it is to step outside one's own perspective and try to understand the other side, especially in the heat of an argument.
The session offered valuable insights and practical tools for handling conflict with empathy and awareness.
