Mediation
Karazin Business School actively participates in mediation and conflict resolution projects. Faculty members have undergone mediator training through the international MEDIATS project, significantly enhancing their professional competencies in this field. Building on this experience, the school has implemented programs to develop mediation skills for healthcare and social workers, supported by GIZ.
Currently, the school is working on the Peace Education project to promote peace education principles and collaborates with UNICEF on a conflict resolution project. These initiatives aim to foster a culture of peaceful coexistence and effective conflict management in various sectors of society.
