In 2020, BSU introduced a short-cycle "Mediation" program under the EU-funded "MEDIATS" initiative, enhancing conflict resolution training. Additionally, the “Mediation Learning and Mock Process Center” was established within the same project. Located at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, this center provides both practical and theoretical mediation training. It serves as a hub for developing essential conflict resolution skills. BSU also organizes and co-organizes international conferences on mediation, fostering global dialogue and collaboration in conflict resolution.
Key Features of the Mediation Program:
Comprehensive Curriculum: Covers negotiation, conflict resolution strategies, and legal frameworks.
Practical Training: Mock mediation sessions for real-life experience.
Expert Faculty: Led by experienced professionals.
International Collaboration: Part of "MEDIATS," offering global perspectives and exchange opportunities.
