The aim of the project
Provide students and young people who are not studying, with access to a new level of international and cross-cultural and inclusive education through the implementation of virtual exchanges on the art of negotiation and mediation in EU countries, Georgia and Ukraine to enhance democracy, cultural diversity and objective problem resolution by acquiring best European practices.
Specific Project Objectives are the following:
  • To conduct trainings for youth workers and University representatives on critical thinking, negotiation and mediation skills development.
  • To conduct a set of virtual activities for students and youth.
  • To establish sustainable cross-cultural communication network in EU countries, Georgia and Ukraine.

  • To establish sustainable cross-cultural communication network in EU countries, Georgia and Ukraine.

  • To reduce level of conflicts in Ukrainian and Georgian societies through sharing mediation values.
Main activities:
  • to develop training programs both for students and youth, and for Universities’ staff and youth workers
  • to conduct trainings for trainers and facilitators
  • to conduct virtual trainings, workshops, mediation simulations, negotiation fights, final dissemination conference
  • to organize virtual visits to partner universities for exchange of experience, etc.
  • to organize dissemination of project values and results.

    3 cohorts of students and youth are enrolled to the online-course
